• Membership grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the MinaTrades indicators on the TradingView account (username) you provide when claiming access through Whop.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the indicators or their source code, in whole or in part.
• Access continues for the duration of an active subscription (or indefinitely for lifetime memberships) and may be revoked in cases of abuse, chargeback fraud, or violation of these terms.
• Billing, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Whop. You can cancel anytime from your Whop account; access remains until the end of the paid period.
• The indicators are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Features may change as TradingView's platform evolves.

Privacy

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• Purchases are processed by Whop; MinaTrades never sees or stores your payment details.
• The free trading journal and Disciplined Trader system at TradeJournaling.com store the trade data and daily report-card entries you create solely to display them to you; you can delete your data or account at any time.
